First any holes present in the wood are dealt with, and the design is carved onto the designated wood. Then the wood is placed in a vacuum where it is subject to high pressure, allowing the preservative to be injected into the wood cells and forming a tightly compressed wood, after which the wood is dried. The whole process is strictly monitored to ensure that all international standards are met. Through this process, we gain a product protected from rot, fire, etc. Our quality is guaranteed by the FQC’s strict regulations and inspections. |
